Is Orthodontic Treatment a Worthwhile Investment?

There is no question that orthodontic treatment involves an investment in both time and money, and it is an investment millions of Americans are willing to make.

According to the American Association of Orthodontists, an estimated 4.5 million Americans wear braces or Invisalign, with about 70 percent of that number ranging in age from six to eighteen. Clearly, parents regard orthodontic treatment as quite worthwhile, whether undertaken with a functional or esthetic goal in mind.

In recent years, an increasing number of adults have sought orthodontic treatment, proving that it is never too early or too late to make a worthwhile investment in your smile and oral health.

More frequently, adults, teens, and children are choosing Invisalign over braces because of comfort, convenience, and price. While some offices charge more for Invisalign treatment than for braces, at Monacell Orthodontics, the cost is the same. When it comes to delivering effective orthodontic care, we do not want money to be a factor in receiving the treatment that you really want. While people often think traditional braces are better for kids, Invisalign may also be a more convenient option for many families. One major benefit for families with kids is a reduced number of office visits, compared to the visits that are typically necessary for maintenance and upkeep of traditional metal braces.

In our practice, almost any orthodontic condition can be treated very well with Invisalign and achieve the same excellent results. Some patients have heard that their condition could not be treated with Invisalign. Ten to fifteen years ago, this may have been true, but today an orthodontist, with advanced training and experience with Invisalign, can treat almost any malocclusion.

Monacell Orthodontics has been recognized among the best-rated Invisalign providers in the nation.

While no one can put a price on health and happiness, we understand that the cost of orthodontic treatment may be a concern. Because of this, Monacell offers the most flexible financial arrangements in the area. We have down payments as low as $300 in most instances and monthly payments of $189. We also accept payment from most insurance companies.

For more information or to schedule an in-office or virtual consultation, you can call or text us at (804)748-0918. We have two convenient office locations off I-295:  9448 Chamberlayne Road, Suite B, Mechanicsville or 1343 E Williamsburg Road, Sandston.
