EzCare ABA: Support That Starts at Home

When your child receives an autism diagnosis, the next question is almost always the same: now what? For most Richmond families, the answer involves waitlists that stretch for months, insurance headaches, and providers who are selective about which kids they’ll take on. EzCare ABA was built for the families who are tired of hearing “no.”

EzCare ABA was built on a simple belief: Families in our community deserve a real alternative. EzCare delivers Applied Behavior Analysis therapy wherever children live, learn, and grow — at home, in school, in daycare, and out in the community. What sets EzCare apart isn’t just the flexibility of where they show up — it’s the approach. When other providers say no because a case is too complex or too demanding, EzCare steps in. The team takes on the cases that require more — and they make it work.

That commitment shows up in how they serve Richmond’s growing multilingual community, too. Services are offered in English, Spanish, and Urdu, so families can communicate comfortably and clearly. Because real support means something different when it sounds like home.

Parents aren’t bystanders in the process at EzCare, they’re partners. The team keeps caseloads intentionally small so that each family gets consistent, reliable therapists who show up, follow through, and celebrate progress alongside the people who matter most. One mother described it simply: “It felt like they cared about us as a family, not just as another case.”

EzCare accepts Medicaid and most major insurances and can often begin services quickly. If you’ve been turned away elsewhere, or you’re just starting to navigate what comes next — help is available now.
