Adding to its extensive roster in Virginia, Children of America opens it fifteenth childcare facility in Glen Allen.

With more than 67 locations in 12 states, Children of America is bringing its time-tested programs and developmental strategies to the families of Henrico County.

A new childcare center in Glen Allen will soon serve infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-aged children to families in Henrico and Richmond counties. An open house is scheduled at Children of America, 2501 Old Brick Road, Glen Allen, VA 23060, on Saturday, Dec. 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and all families are welcome.

The Glen Allen center has the capacity to serve over 200 children in its 10,000-square-foot facility and brings to the community a service that exemplifies excellence and goes beyond traditional childcare services with an original book series using the companies dog mascot “Bentley”, a nutrition program with licensed nutritionist, athletic programs for youngsters and daily electronic reporting via email for parents.

“We are excited to open yet another Children of America academy in Virginia,” Perretty said. “For years, families across Virginia have relied on our quality day care and value-add programs. Now parents in Henrico County can see what all the excitement is about,” said Jim Perretty, President of COA.

He explained that the early years in a child’s life are critical for developing a foundation for learning and personal growth. “Our unique environment and highly qualified staff offer innovative, creative solutions to help children grow during these formative years,” Perretty added.

Programs at COA are designed to meet the specific developmental needs of each age group, such as, infants, toddlers, Pre-K and preschoolers and their educational curriculum is designed to spark imagination and encourage exploration and discovery through active learning.

The Glen Allen School is located at 2501 Old Brick Road,
Glen Allen, VA 23060. Contact us today by calling 804-298-7841 or visit childrenofamerica.com to learn more about our programs.
