A Henrico Fourth: Dorey Park

July 4, 2026, signifies the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence (July 4, 1776), which also marks the 250th birthday of the United States of America. So large a birthday, it could not be contained to one day! We’re having a two-day celebration at two different parks. On Friday, July 3, celebrate independence in style at Dorey Park from 6-10pm with live music featuring 5 Starr and Plunky & Oneness. There will also be a laser light show, hot air balloon display presented by Henrico Federal Credit Union, and a fireworks show to end the evening! Gates open at 5pm. Free admission & parking.
