More Than Just Housing
Serving nearly 3,000 residents throughout Greater Richmond, Better Housing Coalition goes beyond providing a place to live. Their communities are designed with families in mind, offering welcoming spaces where neighbors become support systems, and children have room to learn and play. Through dedicated resident services, families have access to after-school programs, financial education, and resources that promote stability and long-term success.
A New Kind of Giving: The Non-Event Gala
At its core, Better Housing Coalition believes that strong families create strong communities. That spirit of connection extends beyond its properties through initiatives like our 9th Annual Non-Event Gala on April 29th, 2026, an innovative way for the community to make an impact without attending a traditional event. Proceeds directly support BHC’s resident services team, which provides critical resources such as workforce development, financial literacy, and health and wellness programming for residents in need of additional support.
