The Chesterfield Historical Society of Virginia, in partnership with the Chesterfield Department of Parks and Recreation, will be offering a program for homeschooling families on Friday, November 22, 2013 at Eppington Plantation from 10 a.m. until noon.
Eppington Plantation is the link between Chesterfield, Thomas Jefferson and the Revolution. This program includes a tour of the house and grounds with explanation of life in Colonial Virginia. The unique architecture of the house will be discussed. Eppington Plantation is located at 14602 Eppes Falls Road. Cost: $5/child ages 6 and older. No fee for Adults.
